As well as giving you a strong core, we'll also cover misconceptions people have about their back and it's relationship with core function. It really pains me when I hear someone tells me they "Have a weak lower back" / "Oh my core is terrible" / "Can’t lift because X,Y and Z "... as if they've just resigned themselves to this as fact.
I want to show you: these things can be changed!
You just need to train your core the right way - not just do 1 million sit ups.
Not a lot of people move naturally, and some people are just a little disconnected and need to relearn certain movement patterns.
We are going to go in depth about the 4 types of core strength and give drills and examples for each. Plus 2 workouts to implement into your training per week!
You will also have access to the private group to try challenges and ask Tom and Jenni any questions you may have relevant to you!
After the camp all of the videos will be stored on your Tom Morrison profile so you can reference them any time you like! So don’t worry if you fall behind! You can catch up in your own time!
