How does it work?

The course is self-paced, which should take roughly between 15-20 weeks to complete. You'll have a short daily circuit to complete, alongside that week's task which will focus on a specific task or area.

Each module has a different focus point and they build you up to more challenging exercises as the weeks go on, so if you need to spend more time with one module before moving on there's no time limit on it.

Once you have been through all the course content you can use the follow alongs as part of your regular training to keep maintaining and progressing your strength and posture, the workouts are always great to come back to again and again!

Yes, you can! All you need is a resistance band and a water bottle for the weighted exercises.

Adjustable dumbbells would be ideal if possible but not essential, you can still get the most from the course with minimal equipment.

We do cover gym exercises with pull up bars and gymnastics rings but they aren't essential to the main content

Set aside 10 minutes per day for the Daily Circuit and then each module follow alongs are typically around 10-15 minutes which you would aim to do 2-4 times over a week period before moving on to the next module


Absolutely! Mobility work doesn't need to be tiring or take up a tonne of time, it should enhance your other training and help your recovery


4-8 weeks you will typically start to see changes to resting posture and range of motion and how strong your shoulders feel. A lot depends on where you're starting from, some people will feel almost immediate benefits while others may take a few weeks before feeling a change in day to day movement
