I'm 72 (Yay! Round of applause 😄)

I've had two spinal ops, a Lumbar 30 years ago (discectomy/fusion) and a Cervical 5 years ago. 

This left me with a lot of pain and stiffness in my thoracic spine. I've had loads of costly interventions over the years and undertaken a lot of exercise regimes to no avail. 

I've now been doing Simplistic Mobility Method every other day for 4 weeks and the support from Tom & this group has enabled me to fix my attitude and my pain is subsiding too!

Anyone else done Jenni's 26 min healthy shoulder follow along? 

I just did it for the first time, and my shoulders feel incredible right now. The banded retractions just absolutely kill me, and while I am normally a very calm person, I did follow up the last rep by throwing the band across the room and expressing a very conflicted message to my empty house of 

'F🤬K OFF..that felt amazing 😄'

I'm doing this one at least twice a week now, my shoulders have never felt so good.

It's self paced &includes written info explaining the reasoning behind the method, tests to give a baseline that you can refer back to and then the exercises in the routine. 

I'm a PT myself working with older clients.

I've been doing SMM for 6 months. 

I was thinking how awful my back pain was this time last year, and how scary it was. I journal my thoughts and prayers, and was reading how desperate I was in November last year. 

I am so thankful for SMM. I still have pain which varies in intensity but I have some days where it's nearly gone. Overall my whole body feels so much better. I'm stronger, more flexible, have way less injury anxiety plus of course I am 2 cm taller 😂

I hope to continue to improve and trust the process, and make progress and enjoy better quality of life 💗 

So thank you Tom and Jenni and this group for your advice and reassurance.

 Tom Morrison & Jenni, I really love you two.
 
I've been doing your Simplistic Mobility Method program for about 3 weeks now and I can see a massive difference in my posture & my lower back pain has eased off significantly! 

Before I started SMM I couldn't touch my toes or to be honest, get anywhere near them!! But I'm trying to be consistent with using your program nearly every day and even though you have no 
'traditional' hamstring stretches in SMM, I finish the routine and I can touch my toes!!!! Happy Days 😮😁

Jenni, you are amazing to watch. I love the way you are super flexible and yet have so much stability and then you go and smash stupid weights on your deadlifts. That's so inspirational to me, as I believed you could only have one and not the other, but you've proved that wrong.

 I am so proud of myself & I'm so happy to have found Tom & his crew! 

I started my Simplistic Mobility Method journey about a year and a half ago, I'm 56 years old & overweight. 

I had hip pain, back pain, knee issues, both knees had torn meniscus at different times, one had torn cartilage as well so I needed a scope. 

Then I seen an advert for SMM... 

Physical therapy wasnt helping & was just draining my money. I thought, what do I have to lose? I'm very happy to say I had everything to gain. I started very slow. I do things how I feel I can do them each time, sometimes hard version sometimes easy. 

I can roll over in bed without pain, I get up in the morning and feel easier to get out of bed. I can now walk a mile most times pain free!! I can ride in a car for 2 hours and get out without pain and stiffness. It's so awesome to feel my strength and muscles coming back. 

If you're just starting with this remember it's not a race it's a journey, your journey at your pace. 

Keep on keeping on and one day, like me, you'll be amazed at how far you've come. Thank you Tom and crew for bringing SMM into my life!
